上班的第一天，这样的顾虑就被打消了。在GE，上至总经理，下至普通员工，都是非常热情而随和的人。和他们相处会感觉很轻松，心情舒畅。虽然这里的工作节奏很快，也存在很多竞争，可每个人都很友好。当我向同事提出问题或寻求帮助，无论有多忙，他们都会耐心地跟我分享自己的经验。老板对我的工作也给予了许多的指导，和老板的关系更象是导师和学生的关系，让我觉得非常亲切。”
