主动的工作状态是非常重要的。在这里没有人手把手地告诉你该怎么做,一切都要你主动地去应对--这种区别就象中学生和大学生学习方式的区别。现在的感觉是我上升了整整一个高度。”

became a GE employee after my former company was acquired.
Initially, I felt uncomfortable within GE's unique culture
and fast-paced work environment. I still remember my
first sales project after the acquisition. The project
has a critical timeline and did not come with a detailed
execution plan as I had learned to expect from my previous
company. My first reaction was:‘ Did I miss something?
’ Then I realized that I needed to take ownership. I
needed to take the initiative to drive this project
to completion. I made it. Then the next one was just
around the corner.
